Experience

From mainframe depth to transformation execution

My background spans mainframe development, architecture, project and programme delivery, migrations and large-scale transformation. That allows me to connect strategic decisions with technical and organisational reality — and go into the detail when that is where the problem needs to be understood.

Most recently, this has included experience from the large-scale transformation of Danske Bank — Denmark’s largest bank and a Nordic financial institution with more than 20,000 employees — working across mainframe portfolio assessment, architecture, migration planning and execution.
